Orders
Orders can be placed at any time via the online store. Payment methods accepted include:
BLIK
Bank transfer
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
 
Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation.
 
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days following payment confirmation. Once shipped, clients will receive a tracking number via email.
 
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  Poland: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International: 5–10 business days, depending on destination
 
Please note: during high season or special collections, processing times may be extended.
 
We remain at your disposal for any inquiries regarding delivery or special shipping requests.
Shipping is handled by DPD, DHL, and InPost. International delivery is available, with costs and delivery times depending on the destination.
 
Returns and Exchanges
Customer has a right to return any item, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with statutory right of withdrawal.
 
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services at cenkrillon@gmail.com, indicating your order number. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
 
For hygiene reasons, returns of items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way cannot be accepted.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued—including original shipping costs (excluding any express delivery fees). Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original method of payment.
 
Unless otherwise stated, the client is responsible for return shipping.
 
Complaints and Claims 
CENKRILLON BY EDANGE is committed to the highest standards of quality. If, however, you receive an item that does not meet your expectations or appears to be faulty, we are here to assist.
 
To submit a claim, please contact our Client Services at cenkrillon@gmail.com, stating your order number and including a description of the issue, along with clear photographs if relevant.
 
All claims will be reviewed within 14 calendar days. If your claim is approved, we will offer the most suitable resolution—be it a replacement or refund.
 
Should a return be required, we will provide further instructions and, where applicable, cover any related return costs.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
